摘要 论述了当前的SPR光强检测法和相位检测法,提出了一种SPR的基于光程差的自相干相位检测方法,该方法将SPR反射输出光经过共焦球面干涉仪,通过测量该干涉条纹的变化来测量引起共振的角度,从而达到测量待测物质的目的。对自相干检测法进行了完整的理论论述和公式推导,并且设计了检测方法的关键部件和检测结构。最后对该方法进行了理论模拟,在模拟数据基础上进行了误差分析。SPR自相干相位检测法能够提高检测灵敏度和准确性。 The most commonly used methods to detect SPR are light intensity detection and phase detection method. And we proposed a self-coherent phase SPR detection method based on optical path difference. With this method,the reflected output light of SPR inject into a confocal spherical interferometer,and it can obtain the resonance angle change by measuring the change of the interference fringes,to achieve the purpose of measuring the substance to be detected. The self-coherent detection method was completely theoretical discussed and derived,and the key components and testing structure detection methods were designed. Finally,the method is a theoretical simulation,and the error is analyzed based on the simulation data. The self-coherent detection method can improve the detection sensitivity and accuracy.
