To meet the requirements in energy- saving,consumption reduction and development of green environment protection in iron and steel industry,the rolling lubrication technique has been vigorously promoted and applied in multi hot rolling lines at home. It is stated the principle,process,layout and system structure of this technique,discussed its actual effect in reducing rolling pressure and rolling moment,decreasing roll consumption,improving the surface condition of roll,prolonging total rolling length and improving quality of products,offered a thinking for transformation and upgrading of iron and steel industry.
