摘要 介绍了河钢集团承钢公司紧紧围绕"做精钢铁、做强钒钛、做大非钢"的发展战略,以全面市场化为导向,从全业务流程高度统筹规划,分析和识别制约企业发展的问题,有针对性地进行优化和变革。以产品和市场为主线,通过建立协同、高效、低成本、贴近市场、贴近客户的新型运营体系,实现产线和市场的有机衔接,信息化紧随流程优化和机构改革的步伐,并以此为契机,完成了信息化的大发展,快速提升了企业核心竞争力。 It is introduced the reformation and innovation in Hesteel Group Chengsteel Company: taking "excellent in iron and steel, strong in vanadium and titanium, expanding in non - steel products" as developing strategy, full marketization as guide, overall planning the whole business process in a high level, analyzing and recognizing problems to limit business development, conducting targeted optimization and transformation. We take products and market as masterstroke, construct a new - type operation system of coordination, high - efficiency, low - cost, close to the market, close to the customers, realize a organic cohesionbetween products line and market, greatly develop the informatizaion following closely the process optimization and organization reformation. With those we have rapidly enhanced our core competitiveness.
