茎段生根与幼苗水培相结合比较番茄苗期耐盐性

摘要 为了筛选出高耐盐的番茄品种,以栽培番茄品种及其野生近亲品种为材料,分别采用茎段生根和幼苗水培等方法进行盐分耐受试验,考察各番茄品种在不同盐分条件下的生长情况。结果表明:Moneymaker、PI365967和LA1310的耐盐能力较强,M82次之,LA0317最弱。 In order to screen out the high salt tolerance of tomato varieties, the varieties of cultivated tomato and its wild relatives were used as materials, using the stem segments rooting and seedling hydroponic methods to do the salt tolerance test, the growth of tomato varieties under different salt conditions was investigated. The results showed that: Moneymaker, PI365967 and LA1310 were resistant to salt, M82 took second place, and LA0317 was the weakest.
