红花檵木实生后代优良单株的光合特性及叶绿素荧光特性分析 被引量:3

摘要 为了进一步了解红花檵木实生后代优良单株的光合特性,试验通过Li-6400XT便携式光合作用仪对其光合特性及其对光照环境的适应性进行了分析。结果显示:4个优良单株和其母本对照材料的光合特性和叶绿素荧光特性各参数的差异显著;除Y1以外,其他材料的Pn、Gs、Tr、Ci的日变化总体情况均低于其母本材料,尤其是Y4的各项测定数据最低,这可能与Y4单株的叶片非常细小有关;各优良单株及其母株的LCP在17.01~29.59μmol/mol之间,是属于较耐荫植物;各优良单株均较其母本CCP值高,特别是Y4的CCP比其母本高22.22μmol/mol,这与各优良单株的生长速度慢于其母本的实际情况相吻合。 To further understanding the photosynthetic characteristics of superior individual plants of Loropetalum chinense var. rubrum seedlings, this experiment analyzed their photosynthetic characteristics and their adaptability to light environment with the LI-6400 XT portable photosynthesis system. The major results were as follows:(1) There were significant differences the indexes of photosynthetic and chlorophyll fluorescence characteristics of 4 superior individual plants and the control materials, their female parents;(2) Except for Y1, the diurnal changes of Pn, Gs, Tr and Ci of other materials were smaller than those of their female parents, especially for Y4 with the smallest data of all indexes, which might because the leaves of Y4 were very thin and small;(3) The LCP values of all superior individual plants and their female parents were between 17.01 and 29.59 μmol/mol, indicating their strong shade-resistance.(4) The CCP values of all superior individual plants were higher than those of their female parents, especially for Y4, whose CCP value was higher than that of its female parent by 22.22 μmol/mol, which was in accordance with the fact that the growth of all superior individual plants was slower than their female parents.
