摘要
近年来,政府采用宏观调控手段加强对房地产行业的控制,就国内房地产行业而言,市场分割已趋于稳定,因此控制成本成为房地产企业的重要任务。本文采用挣值法分析房地产项目成本,阐释挣值法的概念和分析指标,并结合案例深入探讨挣值法在房地产项目中的优势及具体应用。
In recent years,the government adopted macro-control means to gradually strengthen the control of the real estate industry,market standardization and fierce competition has become the current situation of the real estate industry.Open up the market and cost control are the two most important part in the enterprise development strategy,the domestic real estate industry,market segmentation has stabilized,so cost control has become an important task for real estate enterprises.This paper uses earned value analysis of real estate project cost,explains the earned value concept and index analysis method,and combining with the case discusses the advantages of earned value method in real estate project and the specific application.
