基于“服务学习”理论的应用型本科院校思想政治教育工作探索

Reflections on the Political Education of Colleges Based on Helping-Students-to-Learn Theory

当前我国应用型本科院校思想政治教育方面仍然存在一些问题:人才培养过程中强化专业素质,淡化价值观、道德感、责任心、意志品质、心理素质等非专业素质;思想政治教育工作中没有考虑学生的实际需要,教条化、单一化、形式化严重。针对问题的解决,引入"服务学习"理论作为应用型本科院校思想政治教育工作路径和模式创新的指导:教师和学生共同有准备、有计划地参与社会、校园服务行动,教师结合理论学习内容、进程有针对性地指导、点拨,引导学生积极投身服务活动,以促进知识、技能的获得和各方面能力的提高,并在服务社会和他人的过程中培养学生正确的价值观念、社会责任感和团队合作精神。"服务学习"既可以提高学生思想政治教育工作的针对性和有效性,又能促进学生全面发展,提升应用性本科院校的育人效果,对其思想政治教育特色改革产生深远的影响。

There are still some problems in terms of current ideological and political education of in colleges. We should attach great importance to the cultivation process of strengthening professional quality,negative values,morality,responsibility,willpower,psychological and other non-professional quality; ideological and political education without considering the actual needs of students,dogmatic,single,formalized approach to education. The author of this paper explores some approaches in tackling this problem based on introduces the ＂help-students-to-learn＂ theory in conducting ideological and political education. Teachers and students are prepared should plan to participate in social activities by combining theoretical study with practice. Teachers should make great efforts to guide students to actively participate in service-oriented activities to gain the knowledge,skills,improve all aspects of capacity and train students on the proper values in the process of serving the community and others and share social responsibility and develop team spirit. ＂Service-oriented Learning Approach＂ can both improve the students＇ ideological and political education and promote the overall development of students,enhance the educational effect of the undergraduate college,which will have a profound impact on the characteristics of ideological and political education reform.
