Structural Imbalance:the Constraints of Euro Zone Economic Recovery

2013年第二季度以来,欧元区经济呈现出恢复性增长的迹象,但当前消费仍处于疲软状态、投资信心需进一步提升、净出口增长存在着不确定性,复苏的基础仍然脆弱。由于外部经济环境复杂性加剧,欧元区内部存在着经济政策冲突、成员国竞争力失衡、东西欧经济链脆化等诸多矛盾,欧元区经济的复苏将是一条困难、缓慢,且充满变数的道路。

Since the second quarter of 2013,the Euro Zone economy has shown signs of renewed growth,but the recovery is fragile due to the weak state of current consumption,lack of investor confidence and uncertainty of net export growth.Owing to the complexity of the external economic environment,there are a number of constraints that hamper economic recovery.They include policy conflicts,competitiveness imbalances of member states and the weak economic chain between eastern and western Europe.The road of the Zones economic recovery will be difficult,slow,and variable.
