Non-standard street markets seem to be convenient,but they,in fact,seriously interfere with the daily life of the residents.Therefore it is imperative to vigorously regulate these street markets in cities.In the city of Jinan,capital of the Shandong province,there are many reasons to account for the existence of street markets,which include poor planning of standardized commercial circulation,lack of sufficient commercial outlets,unreasonable market layout,and high rent of commercial facility.As for The difficulties in governance of street markets,there is the lack of motivation,inadequate law enforcement and insufficient social security and aid.The viable paths to governance include making adequate social preparation,giving sound guidance and adjustment,and screening existing street markets.
