教学机智:教师教学的即兴品质——以英语新手教师教学机智的培养为例

摘要 教学机智是教师对突发事件能够随机应变以及对课堂生成性资源能够有效开发利用的即兴品质。教学机智的培养是英语新手教师专业发展的必然需要,也是英语新课程改革的趋势所向。教学机智的培养对于英语新手教师能力的提升具体表现在:灵活处理突发事件,充分展现教学智慧,准确鉴别教学事件。夯实专业素养、参加教学实践、提高语言表达能力、深刻反思本身、适当运用幽默等策略有助于英语新手教师教学机智的培养。 Teaching tact is an impromptu quality that can optimize classroom teaching through making immediate re- sponse to emergencies in class and effectively developing and utilizing generative curriculum resources. The training of teaching tact is an essential part of teacher pro{essional development.and also is the trend of English new curriculum re- form . The training of teaching tact can improve the capacity of novice English teachers such as handling emergencies flexibly, showing teaching wisdom adequately and identifying teaching events accurately. The strategies of strengthening professional qualities, participating in teaching practice, enhancing the expression capability, profoundly reflecting them- selves and properly using humor contribute to the training of novice English teachers' teaching tact.
