摘要
探讨教师由新手到专家的成长过程是一项极具价值的研究工作。从不同的理论视角探究新手教师到专家教师的成长机制,能够呈现在不同状态下新手教师到专家教师的成长过程,可以为促进新手教师成长为专家教师提供理论支撑。文章主要基于个体专长获得的机制观和个体进行合法的边缘性参与理论下的情景学习两种视角,尝试对两种成长机制下新手教师成长为专家教师的过程进行相似性解读和差异性分析,从而产生些许思考,期望对于促进教师由新手成长为专家有所帮助。
The research about the process a novice grows to an expert is a kind of research work that is full of signifi- cance values. If exploring the novice to expert process from the different views, we will be able to show different states a- bout the growth prospect of teachers, and also may provide new methods to become experts. This paper tries to plan the analysis of similarity and difference from the two perspectives of growth process, and finds some reflection mainly based on the expertise acquisition about mechanism view and the legitimate peripheral participation, hope to be helpful for teachers to be experts from novices.
