全程护理干预在复方聚乙二醇电解质散肠道准备中的应用

Nursing intervention in polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder in bowel preparation application

目的观察全程护理干预对复方聚乙二醇电解质散肠道准备成功率的影响。方法选择155例在我院内镜室接受结肠镜检查患者随机分为对照组(76例)和观察组(79例),对照组采用传统护理模式,观察组采用全程护理干预模式。观察比较2组患者服药后肠道清洁程度、不良反应发生率、患者满意度。结果观察组患者肠道清洁程度、对护理满意度明显优于对照组,差异具有明显统计学意义(P<0.05);2组患者不良反应比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论采用全程护理干预指导患者进行肠道准备,可有效缩短肠道准备时间,显著提高肠道准备成功率,提高患者及其家属的满意度,值得推广。

Objective To observe the whole nursing intervention on the influence of the success rate for intestinal preparation complex polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder.Methods Choose 155 patients in our hospital endoscopy room in patients undergoing colonoscopy were randomly divided into control group（76 cases）and observation group（79 cases）and control group with traditional nursing mode,observation group adopts the model of the whole nursing intervention,compare two groups of patients with intestinal cleaning after taking the drug,the incidence of adverse reactions,patients satisfaction degree.Results The observation group of patients with intestinal cleaning degree,was better than control group,satisfaction with care and difference has obvious statistical significance;Two groups of patients with adverse reactions compared differences no statistical significance.Conclusion The whole nursing intervention to guide patients with intestinal preparation,which can effectively shorten the intestinal preparation time,improve success rate of bowel preparation,improve the satisfaction of patients and their families,effectively maintain and improve the doctor-patient relationship.
