运用TRM进行私陪整顿工作的实践和体会 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨运用医疗团队资源管理(TRM)进行私陪整顿工作的实施和成效。方法运用TRM进行私陪整顿工作,收集实施前后1年陪护率,患者对陪护满意度及实施前后私陪人员数量、私陪人员转型公陪人员数量进行比较。结果实施后陪护率下降,患者对陪护满意度提高,私陪人员数量显著下降,私陪转型公陪人数增加。结论运用TRM进行私陪整顿工作,实行全院陪护人员统一管理,能消除病房公陪、私陪共争患者的现象,维护医院正常工作秩序;同时提高陪护质量,解决患者因病情需要留陪护而家属又无人留陪的困难,解决后顾之忧,有效控制和降低陪护率,做到"安全服务、有效管理、良好结果",更好地保障患者的治疗安全。 Objective To explore the application and outcome of using team resource management to manage private care workers.Methods Use team resource management to manage private care workers,collect data of accompany rate,patient satisfaction rate,the quantity of private care workers and the quantity of private cares transformed to care workers under management of company one year before and after application of team resource management.Results Accompany rate decreases,patient satisfaction rate increases,the quantity of private care workers decrease,and the quantity of private care workers transformed to care workers increases.Conclusion Use team resource management to manage private care workers,realize unity management of care workers.It can eliminate the competition of private care workers and care workers under management of company.It can also maintain normal work orders of hospital and elevate quality of care workers.It can also solve the patient's need for care workers,control and decrease accompany rate.Therefore,it can lead to "safe care,effective management,better outcome" and ensure patients life and safety.
