Youth teachers play the important roles in all work of colleges and universities, and developing party members from youth teachers has important significance for maintaining the party＇s advanced nature and enhancing the party organization＇ fighting capacity. The ideological and political quality of youth teachers in colleges and universities is related to the development of school and the future of education. Based on the analysis of the significance of the party construction work of university youth teachers, analyzes the existing problems and the causes of the Party construction in to provide reference for the development of the Party colleges and universities, puts forward the countermeasures construction in colleges and universities.
