口腔黏膜干细胞特性的研究进展
摘要
口腔黏膜干细胞包括上皮层和固有层的干细胞。通过对入选文献进行分析整理,本文从干细胞分离、培养、鉴定、多向分化、免疫调节能力和再生能力及其在口腔黏膜病中的变化等方面的研究进展进行综述。口腔黏膜干细胞有可能成为潜在的干细胞来源,这将有助于细胞组织工程、组织再生及相关疾病的治疗。
