蔬菜专业合作社不同发展模式的比较研究——以山东省沂南县4家示范合作社为例

Comparative study of different development modes of vegetables' professional cooperatives: Based on four exemplary professional cooperatives in Yi'nan County Shandong

为了解蔬菜专业合作社的发展模式以及不同发展模式的共性与区别,该文采用问卷调查与实地考察相结合的方法,在对沂南县蔬菜专业合作社发展模式进行调查分析的基础上,对4家(每种模式各选取1家)典型蔬菜专业合作社的发展条件、服务状况进行了比较,分析了4家合作社在经营效益、社会及生态效果方面的不同.结果显示:适宜的发展模式是合作社发展的基础,不同发展模式合作社经营特色的不同带来经营绩效的差异,外部组织的支持提升合作社持续发展能力.据此,该文提出蔬菜专业合作社发展应选择适宜的发展模式,根据不同发展模式的经营特色调整发展侧重点,积极培养拥有资金、技术、管理等优势的带头人领办合作社.

In order to find out the different developing modes of vegetables professional cooperative, and understand their similarities and differences between them, questionnaire and investigation were used together, this paper analyzed the development mode in Yi＇nan county firstly, on this basis, took four typical vegetable professional cooperatives for example, one instance was chosen in every mode, then compared their development condition, service condition, analyzed their similarity and difference of economic and social efficiency. The results showed that the suitable development model is the fundamental thing for the development of cooperative; different development models of cooperatives have different feature in operation, which bring different performance of cooperatives and farmers; support from external organizations can enhance the sustainable development capacity of cooperative. According to these conclusions, this paper have put forward the following suggestions to promote the cooperative to develop healthily, vegetables professional cooperative should select the appropriate development model; the cooperatives should adjust development emphasis according to feature of different development models;the government needs to find and train good leaders who own capital, technology, management or other advantages, because they have the ability to set up vegetables professional cooperative.
