司绿假单胞菌肺炎动物模型研究进展 被引量:1

Animal models of Pseudomonas aeruginosa pneumonia

摘要 铜绿假单胞菌是常见的引起严重细菌性肺炎的条件致病菌。除离体实验外,动物模型也被广泛应用于该领域。动物模型的发展,有助于对该病原体致病机理更深刻的了解,有助于发现新的治疗药物及新的治疗靶点。本文将从动物及菌株的选择、菌液方式及菌落数的选择和感染模型的建立等方面对近年来铜绿假单胞菌肺部感染动物模型的研究进展作一综述,总结各种建立模型方法的优势及局限性。以期为科研工作提供参考价值。 Pseudomonas aeruginosa is an opportunistic bacterial pathogen capable of causing severe bacterial pneumonia. In addition to in vitro research, animal models have been largely used in the field of pneumonia. The development of animal models will likely help to define the the pathogenicity of this pathogen in pneumonia and contribute to the development of innovative drugs with new targets. Therefore the aims of this review were to provide an overview of the selection of an appropriate animal species, inoculation routes, and different pneumonia models in the available literature in this field, And to summarize the advantage and limitation of several animal models to provide reference for scientific research.
