摘要
人机连接装置是连接呼吸机管路与患者面部,为无创正压通气(NPPV)提供气流通路的一类装置。此类装置具备一些独有的技术特点,如装置所致死腔较其内部容积明显缩小;漏气过大等因素导致人机不同步;人机不同步、装置的设计及材质欠佳等导致耐受性降低等,认识及处理不当会严重影响NPPV的顺利进行及通气效果,容易导致NPPV失败。因此,本文就装置相关技术特点作一综述。
Patient-ventilator interfaces are fixed between noninvasive ventilator and patientsr face for the application of noninvasive positive pressure ventilation (NPPV). The interfaces have some special technical characteristics, for example, the dead space is significantly smaller than the internal volume, excessive leaks and other factors lead to patient-ventilator asynchrony, and patient-ventilator asynchrony, designs and materials of interfaces will affect patient' s tolerance. Overlooking such characteristics will extremely affect the application of NPPV, and probably cause NPPV failure. Accordingly, this review summarizes the technical characteristics related to the interfaces.
