摘要
在对浙江开放型经济发展现状分析的基础上,提出"十三五"时期浙江开放型经济发展的思路与举措。提出实施更加积极主动的开放战略,创造以技术、品牌、质量为核心的出口竞争新优势,促进引资、引技、引智有机结合的国际投资,建设开放型经济发展的新体制,努力实现开放型经济大省向开放型经济强省转变。
Based on the analysis of current situation of the open economy in Zhejiang Province,this paper puts forward the ideas and measures of Zhejiang open economic development in the 13 th fiveyear plan period. It proposes more active opening-up strategies to create new export competitive advantage with technology,brand,quality as core,and to promote international investment of combining foreign capital with imported technology and recruited overseas talents by building a new system of open economy,the transformation from a large open economic province to an open economic power will be realized.
