新形势下南海权益护持创新手段研究——以无人水面航行器为例 被引量:1

摘要 南海是中国重要的海上门户,因其重要的战略地位以及丰富的资源贮藏,南海已成为域内外各方势力的角力场,是我海洋方向捍卫国家主权、维护海洋权益的斗争聚焦区。新形势下维护南海海洋权益是实现走向深蓝建设海洋强国的重要一环。文章研究南海权益护持的创新手段,着眼当前南海复杂多变的新形势,聚焦武器装备发展革新的前沿,以无人水面航行器为例,提出维护海洋权益的新思路,以期为在南海方向遂行军事任务,增进快速反应能力以启示。 The South China Sea is an important maritime gateway of China, and due to its significant strategic status and its abundant resources, the South China Sea has become an arena for all the powers both in and outside the region to compete and is the competition focal zone to safeguard our national sovereignty in the maritime realm and maintain our maritime interests. Under new circumstances, to maintain our maritime interests in the South China Sea ranks as an important process to construct a maritime power towards the deep blue. This article mainly studies the innovative ways of safeguarding our interests in the South China Sea. Considering the current complex and ever-changing new situations, it focuses on the frontier of development and innovation of weapons and equipment and with the example of unmanned surface vehicle, and proposes a new thought of safeguarding our maritime interests, in hope of providing new inspirations for our military to conduct military operations in the South China Sea and promote the quick-reaction capabilities.
