利多卡因对丙泊酚与琥珀胆碱麻醉时电休克脑电的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨利多卡因对丙泊酚与琥珀胆碱麻醉时电休克脑电的影响。方法:选取2015年3-7月本院收治的精神病住院患者39例作为研究对象,将20~60岁患者按年龄从小到大间隔10岁配伍成四个区组,分别用随机数字表法分配成五个处理组,即预注生理盐水组(A组),利多卡因0.50(B组)、0.75(C组)、1.00(D组)、1.25 mg/kg组(E组)。依次静推丙泊酚1.5 mg/kg,氯化琥珀胆碱0.8 mg/kg,电休克治疗,记录各组患者脑电发作时间(ESD)、运动抽搐时间(MSD)、ADEQ值及不良反应。结果:D组和E组ESD值与A组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05);各组MSD和ADEQ值比较差异均无统计学意义(P〉0.05);利多卡因与ESD呈负相关(r=-0.967,P〈0.01)。结论:在预防改良电休克(MECT)丙泊酚和氯化琥珀胆碱注射痛、肌痛时,利多卡因推荐剂量为0.75 mg/kg。 Objective:To investigate the effect of Lidocaine on electroencephalogram of electric shock with Propofol and Succinylcholine anesthesia.Method:Thirty-nine cases of psychiatric inpatients in our hospital from March to July in 2015 were selected as the research objects,20 to 60 years old patients were combined into four groups according to the age of 10 years old from small to large interval,they were randomly divided into five treatment groups,respectively the pre injection of saline(group A),Lidocaine 0.50 mg/kg(group B),0.75 mg/kg(group C),1.00 mg/kg(group D) and 1.25 mg/kg(group E).The patients were treatecd with the electric shock treatment after intravenous injection of 1.5 mg/kg Propofol and 0.8 mg/kg Succinylcholine Chloride,the ESD,MSD,ADEQ and adverse reactions between the two groups were recorded.Result:The ESD of group D and E compared with group A had statistically significant differences(P〈0.05),the differences in MSD and ADEQvalues were not statistically significant in all groups(P〉0.05).Lidocaine and ESD was negatively correlated,(r=-0.967,P〈0.01).Conclusion:In the prevention of MECT Propofol and Succinylcholine Chloride injection pain and muscle pain,Lidocaine recommended dosage is 0.75 mg/kg.
