穴位注射结合西医常规疗法对突发性耳聋患者短期疗效观察

The Short-term Effect of Point Injection Combined with Conventional Western Medicine Therapy in Patients with Sudden Deafness

目的:观察穴位注射结合西医常规方法治疗突发性耳聋患者的疗效。方法:选取本院2012年11月-2015年9月收治的69例突发性耳聋(均为单耳发病)患者,随机将其分为对照组33例和治疗组36例,对照组给予单纯西医常规治疗,治疗组在西医常规治疗的基础上结合穴位注射,10 d后比较两组听力、耳鸣、眩晕情况。结果:两组治疗后平均听阈水平较治疗前均明显下降,且治疗组平均听阈水平和听力提高程度均明显优于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组听力治疗总有效率88.89%明显高于对照组的69.70%,耳鸣治疗总有效率82.76%明显高于对照组的58.33%,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。而两组眩晕治疗总有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:穴位注射结合西医常规治疗对突发性耳聋患者具有较好疗效,有一定的临床推广价值。

Objective：To investigate the effect of point injection combined with conventional Western medicine therapy in patients with sudden deafness.Method：Sixty-nine patients with sudden deafness（all patients were single ear disease） admitted to our hospital from November 2012 to September 2015 were randomly divided into the control group for 33 cases and the treatment group for 36 cases.The control group was treated with simple Western medicine,the treatment group was treated with the combination of simple Western medicine and point injection.The effectiveness of the hearing,tinnitus,vertigo were compared between the two groups after 10 days.Result：The average hearing threshold level of the two groups after treatment were significantly lower than before treatment,and the average hearing threshold level and improvement degree of hearing in the treatment group after treatment were significantly better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The total effective rate of hearing in the treatment group was 88.89%,which was significantly higher than 69.70% in the control group,the total effective rate of tinnitus in the treatment group was 82.76%,which was significantly higher than 58.33% in the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.There was no statistically significant difference in the total effective rate of vertigo between the two groups（P〉0.05）.Conclusion：The efficacy of point injection combined with conventional Western medicine therapy for the treatment of sudden deafness patients is good,it has a certain clinical value for promotion.
