年龄、基础卵泡刺激素及窦卵泡数预测卵巢反应性的价值

The Value of Age,Basal Follicle Stimulating Hormone and the Number of Sinus Follicle in Predicting Ovarian Response

目的:分析探讨年龄、基础卵泡刺激素(b FSH)及窦卵泡数量(AFC)对于卵巢反应性的临床预测价值。方法:选择本院2014年6月-2015年5月收治的66例不孕患者作为研究对象,回顾性分析其临床资料。结果:患者年龄、b FSH与外源性促性腺激素(Gn)之间呈正相关关系(r=0.361、0.324,P<0.05);年龄、b FSH与成熟卵泡数之间呈现负相关关系(r=-0.283、-0.297,P<0.05);AFC和Gn呈负相关关系(r=-0.441,P<0.05),与成熟卵泡数呈正相关关系(r=0.502,P<0.05)。结论:年龄、b FSH及AFC对于卵巢反应性具有较好临床预测价值,且AFC的预测价值优于年龄和b FSH。

Objective：To analyze the clinical predictive value of age,basal follicle stimulating hormone（b FSH） and the number of antral follicles（AFC） on ovarian response.Method：66 cases of infertility patients in our hospital from June 2014 to May 2015 were chosen as the research objects,their clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Result：Patient＇s age,b FSH had significantly positive correlation with exogenous gonadotropin（Gn）（r=0.361,0.324,P〈0.05）.Patient＇s age and b FSH had significantly negative correlation with the number of mature follicle（r=-0.283,-0.297,P〈0.05）.AFC had negative correlation with Gn（r=-0.441,P〈0.05） and positive correlation with the number of mature follicle（r=0.502,P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Age,b FSH and AFC have good predictive value in predicting ovarian response,and the predictive value of AFC is superior to that of age and b FSH.
