摘要
《旅游法规》是旅游专业中的核心课程，也是导游资格证的必考科目。但《旅游法规》课程在教学过程中普存在课堂氛围不够活跃、课程设置的不合理等问题，本文针对这些问题提出了采取案例教学方法、合理的设置课程等对策。
＂Tourism Law and Regulation＂ is the core of specialty course in the major of tourism, is also a compulsory course for the tour guide certificate. But the existing problem in the teaching of the course is that the dass atmosphere in the teaching of the course is not so active, and the setting of the course is not so reasonable etc. The countermeasures such as teaching with the case teaching, reasonable setting of the course are put forward in this espy.
