中西医结合治疗痛风

Treating Gout with the Combination of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

探讨中西医结合治疗痛风的临床效果。方法：选择了三所医院在2011年5月--2012年5月期间收治的痛风患者100例。将收集的病例随机分为两组，观察组和对照组，每组50例。给予对照组单纯西药治疗；给予观察组在对照组的治疗基础上进行辨证分期的口服中药治疗。两组治疗方法的单疗程都是2周，治疗3个疗程期满后，对两组的治疗结果进行比较分析，评价不同治疗方法的疗效。结果：采用中西医结合治疗痛风的疗效显著高于单纯应用西药治疗，观察组的治疗总有效率为96％，对照组的治疗总有效率为72％，两组经统计学分析比较P〈O．05，差异有统计学意义。结论：中西医结合的治疗方法对痛风有显著的疗效，且治疗中不良反应少，治疗后复发率低，值得临床上推广使用。

Purpose： to discuss the clinical effect of the treatment of gout by combining the traditional Chinese and western medicine. Methods： select 100 patients of gout who were treated in three hospitals from May 2011 to May 2012. The cases are divided randomly into two groups, the observation group and the control group, 50 cases respectively. The control group is given only the treatment of western medical cu- ring, while the observation group the periodical treatment in traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of the treatment of the control group. The single treatment period for each group is 2 weeks, after three periods, the results are analyzed and evaluate the effect from different treating methods are evaluated. Result： The treating effect with the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine is much better that that only with the western medicine. The general effective rate of the observation group is 96%, while that of the control group is only 72%, the analysis comparison of the statistics of the two groups P〈0. 05, it has a great statistic meaning. Conclusion： The treatment with the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine is much more effective, with much fewer adverse reaction, and a low recurrence rate, it is well worth promoting.
