摘要
通过对山东某矿业公司144名井下矿工的问卷调查发现,井下矿工的压力主要来源于4个方面:分别为工作方面(工作负荷、工作环境、团队合作)、组织方面(管理方面、领导作风)、个人方面(家庭冲突、文化素质和技能)和社会方面(社会支持).调查表明,该矿业公司井下矿工感知的压力水平偏高,其中员工来源于个人文化素质和技能方面的压力最大.结合分析结果表明:提出了缓解该公司井下矿工压力的建议,以帮助矿工缓解压力,提高生产效率,促进企业的长远发展.
Based on the questionnaire survey of 144 underground miners from a mineral company in Shandong province,it was found that the pressure of underground miners comes mainly from the following four aspects: 1) work( working load,working environment,teamwork); 2) organization( management,leadership style); 3) personal side( family conflict,cultural quality and skills); 4) society( social support). Investigation shows that the stress level perceived by the underground miners in mineral company is higher,and the pressure coming from the personal cultural quality and skills of the staff is at the maximum. Finally,with the results of the analysis,some measures were provided for alleviating the pressure of underground miners.
