摘要
设计了一个运行评价的界面,对热风炉在燃烧蓄热过程状态进行监控,对运行性能进行评价,给出热风炉的燃烧状态满意度,以提高生产效率与能源利用率.通过评价体系选出优良样本,利用BP神经网络预测出最优样本,使下一炉次的燃烧按照最优样本数据燃烧.对评价体系进行模拟运行,取得了预期的控制效果,从而证明该设计的可行性和有效性.
In order to improve the production efficiency and energy utilization,this design is a running evaluation of the interface,the hot air furnace in the state of combustion and thermal storage process monitoring,to evaluate the operating performance,given the hot stove burning status satisfaction. Through the evaluation system to select the excellent samples,using BP neural network to predict the best samples,so that the next time of the furnace combustion in accordance with the optimal sample data. The simulation run of the evaluation system has also achieved the expected control effect,which proves the feasibility and effectiveness of the design.
