“风痰”概念的历史沿革初探

Discussion on the historical evolution of the concept of ‘wind phlegm'

现代中医学所言"风痰",一般指风证兼痰的证候,包括外风挟痰和内风挟痰两个方面。由于历代医家对"风"的认识,经历了一个比较复杂的演变过程,所以历史上对于"风痰"的认识也曾经历相应的变化。文章追溯"风痰"的源流,展现历代有关"风痰"认识的演变过程,旨在厘清"风痰"的概念,希望对现代的"风痰"研究提供有益的参考。

Modern TCM observes the ‘wind phlegm＇ as the wind syndrome and phlegm symptoms generally, including two aspects of exogenous wind phlegm and endogenous wind phlegm. Because of past dynasties doctors, understandings of the concept of ‘wind＇ have experienced a complicated evolution process, so the understanding of wind phlegm also has differed in the history of the corresponding differentiation. This paper traced the origin and development of wind phlegm, showed that generations of physicians on the evolution process of understanding of wind phlegm, and definited the concept of wind phlegm, hoping to provide some useful reference to the modern research on wind phlegm.
