美加籍高加索人群与中国人群中医体质比较

Comparative analysis on constitution between American and Canadian Caucasians and general Chinese people

目的:对美加籍高加索人群进行中医体质调查,比较美加籍高加索人群与中国人群中医体质分布的差异,探讨并剖析不同人种、地域、生活饮食作息等不同客观条件对中医体质分布的影响。方法:采用横断面调查法,运用《英文版中医体质量表》、基本情况调查表进行体质调查。统计分析美加籍高加索人群中医体质类型分布规律,以前期课题组调查中国一般人群中医体质分布的常模为基准,进行美加籍高加索调查人群与中国人群中医体质分布规律的差异比较。结果:美加籍高加索人群平和质的比例较中国人群高,而美加籍高加索人群偏颇体质中的阳虚质、特禀质所占比例较中国人群高。结论:美加籍高加索人群生活习惯和饮食结构因素或许是造成美加籍高加索人群偏颇体质中阳虚质与特禀质较高的原因。

Objective： To survey the constitution in traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） of American and Canadian Caucasians, and compare the distribution difference between American and Canadian Caucasians and Chinese people, in order to analyze the influence of different objective conditions as race, territory, diet, and work and rest on TCM constitutions. Methods： The TCM constitutions of the study populations are surveyed by using cross-sectional investigation method based on the English Version of Constitution in Chinese Medicine Questionnaire and basic health and body type questionnaire. The distribution pattern of TCM constitutions of American and Canadian Caucasians are analyzed, and the difference of TCM constitution distribution between American and Canadian Caucasians and Chinese people are compared with TCM constitution distribution norm of general Chinese people as the benchmark. Results： The proportion of gentler constitution in American and Canadian Caucasians is higher than that of Chinese people, and the proportion of biased constitutions as yang-deficiency constitution and specific endowment constitution in American and Canadian Caucasians is higher than that of Chinese people. Conclusion： The living habits and diet of the American and Canadian Caucasians populations may be the factors causing more yang-deficient constitution and biased constitution founded among them than in the general Chinese people.
