摘要
目的:运用电子鼻探讨慢性胃炎患者及其寒热病性间的口腔呼气的气味图谱特征。方法:选择618例慢性胃炎患者和120名健康者,运用基于阵列式气体传感器技术的医用电子鼻(EN0l1103-A)采集口腔呼气的气味图谱,采用支持向量分类机的方法识别慢性胃炎患者和健康者的气味图谱特征,同时选择气味图谱响应曲线的振幅和斜率作为图谱特征参数,比较慢性胃炎寒热病性间的气味图谱特征。结果:采用支持向量分类机的方法,选择高斯核对慢性胃炎患者和健康者的气味图谱特征的识别准确率高达88.53%。响应曲线的振幅特征比较:慢性胃炎患者寒热错杂组的气味图谱响应曲线B、C、D、E、F、I、J的振幅显著高于热证组(P<0.01),寒热错杂组的气味图谱响应曲线B、E、F、I、J的振幅显著高于无寒热组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。响应曲线的斜率特征比较:慢性胃炎患者寒热错杂组的气味图谱响应曲线B、C、D、E、F、I的斜率显著高于热证组(P<0.01),寒热错杂组的气味图谱响应曲线B、E、F、I的斜率显著高于无寒热组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:运用电子鼻可以较准确地识别慢性胃炎患者口腔呼气的气味特征,并能初步判断慢性胃炎寒热病性的气味差异。电子鼻可以为中医嗅诊客观化研究提供新的工具和手段。
Objective: To explore the odor response pattern characteristics of oral breath between the cold disease nature and heat disease nature of patients with chronic gastritis(CG) by electronic nose. Methods: Six hundred and eighteen patients with CG and one hundred and twenty healthy persons were observed. Odor response patterns of oral breath were collected by the electronic nose(EN0l1103-A) based on a film of gas sensor array. The method of support vector classification was used to recognize the odor response pattern characteristics between patients of CG and healthy persons. And the amplitude and slope of response curves were selected as pattern characteristic parameters to compare the odor response pattern characteristics between the cold disease nature and heat disease nature of CG. Results: The recognition accuracy rate of the odor response pattern characteristics was as high as 88.53% between patients of CG and healthy persons by selecting the Gaussian which is a method of support vector classification. The comparison of The amplitude characteristic of the odor response pattern curve: The amplitudes of the odor response pattern curve B, C, D, E, F, I, J of the mixture of cold and heat syndrome group of patients of CG were significantly higher than those of the heat syndrome group(P〈0.01). The amplitudes of the odor response pattern curve B, E, F, I, J of the mixture of cold and heat syndrome group were significantly higher than those of the non-cold and non-heat syndrome group(P〈0.05, P〈0.01). The comparison of the slope characteristic of the odor response pattern curve: The slopes of the odor response pattern curve B, C, D, E, F, I of the mixture of cold and heat syndrome group were significantly higher than those of the heat syndrome group(P.01). The slopes of the odor response pattern curve B, E, F, I of the mixture of cold and heat syndrome group were significantly higher than those of the non-cold and non-heat syndrome group(P〈0.05, P〈0.01). Conclusion: The odor characteristics of the oral breath of patients of CG could be recognized by the electronic nose accurately. The odor difference between the cold disease nature and heat disease nature of CG also could be judged preliminary by the electronic nose. The electronic nose could provide a kind of new means and method for the study on the objectification of TCM smelling examination.
