食管癌EC9706细胞启膈散与六君子汤条件培养基对脐静脉内皮细胞的影响 被引量:5

Effects of Qige Powder and Liujunzi Decoction's EC9706 cells conditioned medium on human umbilical vein endothelial cells

摘要 目的:比较研究启膈散与六君子汤对食管癌血管生成的影响。方法:制备药物条件培养基,MTT法检测启膈散和六君子汤条件培养基对人脐静脉内皮细胞(HUVECS)增殖、迁移和小管形成的影响。ELISA法检测HUVECS培养基上清液血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)和白细胞介素-6(IL-6)含量。结果:启膈散和六君子汤可明显抑制肿瘤条件培养基引起的内皮细胞的增殖(P<0.05);抑制HUVECS小管形成(P<0.05);六君子汤组HUVECS迁移较肿瘤条件培养基组有抑制作用(P<0.05)。启膈散和六君子汤可明显抑制HUVECS细胞分泌VEGF和IL-6(P<0.01),六君子汤组优于启膈散组(P<0.05)。结论:六君子汤和启膈散均可显著抑制内皮细胞增殖、内皮细胞迁移和小管形成,但六君子汤抑制细胞分泌VEGF和IL-6作用更强。 Objective: To study the effects of Qige Powder and Liujunzi Decoction on esophageal cancer angiogenesis. Methods: Drug conditioned medium were prepared, and the effects of conditioned medium in Qige Powder and Liujunzi Decoction on proliferation, migration and tube formation of human umbilical vein endothelial cells were detected by MTT assay. VEGF and IL-6 content in medium of human umbilical vein endothelial cells were detected by ELISA. Results: The EC9706 cell conditioned medium of Qige Powder and Liujunzi Decoction could inhibit human umbilical vein endothelial cells proliferation and tube formation(P〈0.05). The HUVECS migration in the Liujunzi Decoction group was inhibited(P〈0.05). Both of Qige Powder and Liujunzi Decoction could reduce endothelial cells secreting VEGF and IL-6(P〈0.01), and Liujunzi Decoction group was stronger than Qige Powder group(P〈0.05). Liujunzi Decoction and Qige Powder can inhibit the endothelial cell proliferation and migration of endothelial cells and small tube formation more obviously, and Liujunzi Decoction has a better effect on inhibition of cell secreting VEGF and IL-6.
