梅国强辨治手汗症经验

MEI Guo-qiang's experience in treating palmar hyperhidrosis

手汗是临床常见症状,会给患者的学习、工作和生活带来不便,西医手术疗法后常伴代偿性多汗,中医辨证治疗多能收到良好的治疗效果。文章总结归纳了梅国强教授对于手汗症的辨治理论和方药,旨在抛砖引玉,为全面认识手汗症、提高其临床疗效提供参考。梅教授认为,辨治手汗,理当首辨虚实;手汗症多与脾胃、心的功能失调有关,证以阳明热盛、脾胃湿热、心肺不足、心脾不足、心肾两虚、营卫(阴阳)不和等证较为多见,临证须仔细辨别以酌定最佳方药。

Hand sweating as a common clinical symptom often brings inconvenience to patients＇ study, work and life. Treating this disease with western medicine surgery often brings accompanying symptom as compensatory sweating, and TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment can receive good therapeutic effect. This paper summarizes professor MEI Guo-qiang＇s syndrome differentiation theory and formulas for palmar hyperhidrosis, in order to provide reference for understanding hand sweating comprehensively and improving clinical curative effect. Professor MEI believes that the diagnosis and treatment for hand sweating should discriminate deficiency or excess firstly, because palmar hyperhidrosis much relates to the dysfunction of spleen, stomach and heart, and with syndrome of exuberant heat in Yangming, syndrome of dampness-heat of spleen and stomach, syndrome of insufficient in heart and lung, syndrome of insufficient in heart and spleen, syndrome of deficiency of heart and kidney, and syndrome of disharmony between ying and wei are relatively rare, it must be identify carefully in clinic to decide an optimal prescription for this disease.
