Discussion on the research process of methodology of TCM theory

摘要 笔者认为中医理论方法论研究要指出中医科学认识的途径。这个途径包括了下述步骤:疑问即科学研究的起源;问题是探寻疾病的起点,是医家诊疗的视野;作为中医学的基本思维方式,《黄帝内经》中阴阳五行学说具有类似假说的合理性;"人与天地相参"说的重要意义,在于其理论思维的抽象;藏象、经络、五运六气等学说,作为模型的构建;也以科学语言,解释疾病现象的不同方面;后世医家称为"医者意也"的直觉,形成了以运用辩证逻辑为主的诊断思维方式和特色。深入了解、挖掘和研究中医理论方法论研究过程,灵活加以运用,恰当给予解释,将中医理论思维的抽象,与广泛的具体临床实践基础紧密结合,将有助于认识中医学的科学特征和理论源流。 The author believed that the research of methodology of traditional Chinese medicine theory needed to point out the way to scientific understanding of traditional Chinese medicine. This process included the following steps: question was the origin of scientific research; problem was the starting point of exploring disease and the vision of clinic physicians; as a basic way of thinking in traditional Chinese medicine, the yin-yang and five-phase theory of Inner Canon of Huangdi similar to hypothesis was reasonable; the significance of ‘correspondence between human body and natural environment' theory was that the abstract in its theoretical thinking; as building models, the theory of visceral manifestations, meridian, five evolutive phases and six climatic factors also explained different aspects of the disease phenomena as a scientific language; the intuition which modern physicians called ‘thinking deeply to cure' was grown into the diagnostic thinking and character mainly use of dialectical logic. To understand, explore and study the research process of methodology of TCM theory deeply, to use it flexibly, to explain it properly, and to abstract the thinking of traditional Chinese medicine theory, combined with a wide range of specific clinical practice closely, would contribute to understand the scientific characteristics and theoretical origin and development of traditional Chinese medicine.
