中药有效组分在多发性骨髓瘤中的研究进展

Progress on effective components of Chinese medicine in the treatment of multiple myeloma

多发性骨髓瘤(MM)是一类起源于后生发中心B细胞的恶性浆细胞疾病,发病呈逐年上升趋势,已成为肿瘤领域研究的热点之一。目前在欧美国家MM发生率较高,达3.5-4.5/10万,在中国的发病率约为1/10万。现阶段MM治疗的目标主要是控制疾病进展,提高生活质量和延长生存期。近几年,关于中医中药及其有效组分治疗MM的实验研究取得了突破性的进展,并积累了大量的文献研究资料。文章将对当前具有代表性的中药有效组分治疗MM的作用及机制的实验研究进行汇总。

Multiple myeloma（MM） is a disease originated from malignant plasma cells of the latter germinal center B-cell. It has been one of the hottest areas in cancer research with the rising incidence rate year by year. Currently, high occurrence is up to 3.5-4.5/100 000 in United States and Europe, while it is about 1/100 000 in China. Controlling progression of MM, improving life quality and prolonging survival are main goals at present stage. Recent years, breakthrough progress has been acquired on experimental research of traditional Chinese medicine and its effective components which had effects of multiple myeloma, so a large number of research literatures were accumulated. This paper would summarize present experimental studies, which are mainly about effects and mechanisms of effective components of traditional Chinese medicine for MM treatment.
