摘要
目的:观察电针对小鼠心肌缺血后损伤的影响,探讨酸敏感离子通道3(ASIC3)在其中的作用。方法:选用C57BL/6与ASIC3基因敲除(ASIC3-/-)小鼠建立心肌缺血模型,检测针刺前后心电图。结果:针刺后,与造模后比较,两种小鼠电针组ST段和T波降低(P<0.01);与ASIC3-/-小鼠比较,C57BL/6小鼠ST段和T波降低更加明显。结论:电针内关穴可改善心肌缺血后损伤,机制之一可能是通过激活传入纤维末梢的ASIC3受体通道,抑制交感神经,治疗心肌缺血。
Objective: To observe the cardioprotective effect of electroacupuncture(EA) on mice with myocardial ischemia(MI) based on the acid-sensing ion channel 3. Methods: C57BL/6 and ASIC3 knockout(ASIC3-/-) mice were subjected to establish the MI model. Electrocardiogram(ECG) was recorded before and after the acupuncture treatment. Results: After the EA treatment, Compared with the model group, ST segment and T wave of the two electroacupuncture treatment groups were obviously decreased(P〈0.01). Compared with ASIC3-/- mice, ST segment and T wave were significantly decreased in C57BL/6 mice. Conclusion: EA at Neiguan(PC6) could improve the myocardial ischemia damages, which might be related to activate the ASIC3 channel of afferent fiber endings and inhibit the sympathetic nerve.
