复方血栓通胶囊对非增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变患者视网膜微循环的影响 被引量:28

Effects of Compound Xueshuantong Capsule on retinal microcirculation in non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy patients

摘要 目的:观察复方血栓通胶囊对非增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变(NPDR)患者视网膜微循环的影响。方法:40例NPDR患者在常规降糖治疗的基础上联合复方血栓通胶囊口服治疗,观察治疗前后视网膜血流动力学特征、视网膜振荡电位(OPs)波幅及潜伏期,进行治疗前后的比较。结果:复方血栓通胶囊能够提高NPDR患者OPs振幅、降低OPs潜时,提高NPDR患者视网膜中央动脉(CRA)的峰值血流速度、舒张末期血流速度、平均血流速度(MV)值,降低CRA的阻力指数、搏动指数值及视网膜中央静脉最大血流速度、最低血流速度及MV值,治疗前后比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论:复方血栓通胶囊能够改善NPDR患者OPs波幅、潜伏期及视网膜血流动力学特征,改善NPDR患者视网膜微循环。 Objective: To observe the effects of Compound Xueshuantong Capsule(CXC) on retinal microcirculation in non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy(NPDR) patients. Methods: Forty NPDR patients were treated with CXC based on routine hypoglycemic treatment. The retinal hemodynamics, amplitude and latency of Oscillatory Potentials(OPs) of patients before and after treatment were observed. Results: CXC could increase the OPs amplitude and decrease the OPs latency of NPDR patients, and it also could heighten the peak systolic velocity(PSV), end diastolic velocity(EDV) and mean velocity(MV) of central retinal artery, and lower the resistance index(RI) and pulsatility index(PI) of CRA and the maximal velocity(Vmax), minimum velocity(Vmin) and MV of CRV. There were significant differences in those indexes between before and after the treatment(P〈0.01, P〈0.05). Conclusion: CXC could ameliorate the retinal hemodynamics, amplitude and latency of OPs, and retinal microcirculation of NPDR patients.
