健脾养心汤结合耳针治疗心脾两虚恶性血液病失眠的临床观察

Clinical observation of Jianpi Yangxin Decoction combined with auricular acupuncture on insomnia of def iciency of both heart and spleen in hematologic malignancies patients

目的:观察健脾养心汤结合耳针治疗心脾两虚恶性血液病失眠的疗效。方法:将76例心脾两虚恶性血液病失眠患者随机分为对照组及治疗组,每组38例。对照组予自拟健脾养心中药口服。治疗组在对照组基础上给予耳穴贴压。共治疗3周。记录两组PSQI评分,比较两组临床疗效。结果:76例患者治疗3周后,对照组及治疗组PSQI评分均较治疗前有明显改善(P<0.01)。治疗组对睡眠时间、睡眠效率及PSQI总分的改善均优于对照组(P<0.01,P<0.05)。对照组有效率为78.9%,治疗组有效率为97.4%,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:健脾养心汤结合耳针治疗心脾两虚恶性血液病患者失眠疗效确切且优于单纯中药治疗。

Objective： To observe curative effect of Jianpi Yangxin Decoction combined with auricular acupuncture for the treatment of insomnia in hematologic malignancies patients. Methods： Seventy-six cases of hematologic malignancies patients with insomnia were randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group, 38 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Jianpi Yangxin Decoction. The treatment group was treated with the auricular accupuncture on the basis of the treatment of control group. The treatment course was needed for 3 weeks. PSQI score was recorded, and the clinical curative effects in two groups were compared. Results： After 3 weeks, the control group and the treatment group were improved significantly in the score of PSQI when compared with before treatment（P〈0.01）. The treatment group was superior to the control group in sleep time, sleep efficiency and PSQI scores（P〈0.01, P〈0.05）. The clinical curative effect of the control group was 78.9%, while the treatment group was 97.4%. The treatment group was obviously superior to the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The curative effect of Jianpi Yangxin Decoction combined with auricular acupuncture for treatment of insomnia in hematologic malignancies patients is exact and superior to the treatment of pure Chinese medicine.
