甘肃省福利性支出与城乡收入差距的关系研究

An Empirical Study of the Relationship between Welfare Payments and Urban-rural Income Gap in Gansu Province

当前我国政府对收入分配调节收入差距愈加重视,采用甘肃省2004-2013年时间序列数据,运用ADF单位根检验、E-G两步法的协整分析及多重共线性检验,对甘肃省福利性支出和城乡收入差距的关系进行了实证研究,得出甘肃省福利性支出与城乡收入差距虽不存在长期稳定关系,但短期内甘肃省福利性支出对缩小城乡收入差距具有一定影响。并在实证分析结论的基础上提出了相关建议与意见。

Governments at all levels in China are paying more and more attention to narrowing the urban-rural income gap through regulating the income distribution. This study,reviewing the time series data of Gansu Province from 2004 to 2013 and employing ADF unit root test,Cointegration EG two-step method and multicollinearity test,studies of the relationship between welfare payments and the urban-rural income gap in Gansu province. It finds that although the welfare expenditure and the income gap between urban and rural areas of Gansu Province do not have a long-term stable relationship,the payments help to narrow the gap in the short term. Finally,based on the conclusions of the empirical analysis,it gives some corresponding recommendations and opinions to the problem.
