陇东学院英语专业学生英美文学课程的学习现状调查 被引量:1

A Survey of English Majors' British and American Literature Learning Situation in Longdong University

摘要 以陇东学院2011级英语专业学生为研究对象,借助调查问卷与个别访谈相结合的研究方法对英美文学课程的学习现状进行调查。结果显示英美文学课程学习状况不容乐观:投入时间少,学习效果不理想,自主学习能力差,学习方法不当,依赖心理严重。在调查结果的基础上,建议英美文学课程的教学内容以作品欣赏与阅读为主,文学史讲授为辅,教学材料理应选择难易程度适当的现、当代英美文学的经典作品;提出了构建英美文学课程自主学习模式,树立自主学习意识、培养科学的学习方法等策略。 Taking English majors of 2011 of Longdong University as subjects and questionnaires and individual interviews as research methods,this study makes a survey of British and American literature learning. It shows that the learning situation is not so optimistic on the part of students: less time devoted to the learning than required to,learning effects being not as good as expected,poor autonomous learning ability,inappropriate learning methods,and depending heavily on teachers. It then suggests that teaching contents should focus more on the works appreciation and reading than the lecture of the literature history,that the readings should be carefully chosen and should embrace classic modern and contemporary English literary works instead of ancient ones. It finally puts forward some strategies for students to build autonomous learning mode,foster autonomous learning consciousness,and develop scientific learning methods.
