护理教育中教学方法改革问题一直备受广大学者的关注,探索多样的教学方法以提高教学质量不仅是研究的热点,也是培养高素质护理人才的迫切要求。本研究基于护生的临床处置能力、沟通交流能力、健康教育能力、临床管理能力和科研能力,对具有针对性的、取得良好效果的教学方法进行综述,为护理教育者提供教学方法采纳的依据。

Teaching methods reform in nursing education has always attracted the attention of scholars.Exploring a variety of teaching methods to improve the quality of teaching is not only a research focus,but also an urgent requirement of training high-quality nursing talents.This research summarizes targeted teaching methods with good effects based on student nurses＇ abilities of clinical nursing practice,communication, health education,clinical nursing management and research to provide adopted reference of teaching methods for nursing educators.
