VSD负压吸引治疗开放性骨折的护理

Nursing of VSD negative pressure suction in the treatment of open fracture

目的探究在开放性骨折治疗中,VSD负压吸引方式应用时应采取的科学护理措施。方法本次研究选取医院2014年1月~2015年1月收治的开放性骨折病患60例,对其开展回顾式分析研究,将其分为常规组与优质组,每组均为30例。对常规组病患采用常规护理方式,对优质组病患采用优质护理。结果优质组病患的护理效果明显比常规组要好,且两组差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论对VSD治疗的开放性骨折病患,采用科学优质护理,可帮助有效提升护理满意度,提升护理质量,降低并发症的发生率,促进病患身体的尽快康复痊愈。

Objective In the treatment of open fracture, the scientific nursing measures should be taken when VSD negative pressure suction is applied. Methods Restrospectively analyzed 60 cases of open fracture patients treated in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2015,the patients were divided into conventional group and high quality group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group received routine care, and the high quality group received high quality care. Results The nursing effect of high quality group was significantly better than that of the conventional group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Open fracture patients treated with VSD, the use of scientific quality care, can help to effectively improve nursing satisfaction, improve the quality of care, reduce the incidence of complications, and promote the recovery of the disease as soon as possible.
