重症患者常见皮肤问题及护理措施分析

Common skin problems and nursing measures of severe patients

目的分析总结重症患者的常见皮肤问题,提出相关护理措施,以达到促进患者康复,减轻疼痛及负担的目的。方法纳入我院2013年1月~2015年2月期间收治的242例重症住院患者为调查研究对象,回顾分析所有患者的临床病例资料,总结重症患者的常见皮肤问题及护理措施。结果 242例患者中,发生皮肤问题者23例,所占比例为9.5%。通过对患者实施针对性护理,所有患者皮肤问题均得到解决,未出现皮肤有关并发症,并未影响患者临床治疗及康复进程。结论分析掌握重症患者的常见皮肤问题,并实施针对性护理,可有效防治皮肤问题的发生,优化护理质量,促进患者的康复。

Objective To analyze and summarize the common skin problems of severe patients and propose the relevant nursing measures to promote the rehabilitation of patients and reduce pain and burden. Methods 242 severe patients who were admitted to our hospital from January 2013 to February 2015 were selected as research objects.Clinical data of all patients were retrospectively to summarize the common skin problems and nursing measures of severe patients. Results In 242 patients,there were 23 patients with skin problems accounting for 9.5%.After targeted nursing for patients,all skin problems were resolved.Complications related to skins didn＇t occur and it didn＇t exert a bad influence on clinical treatment and rehabilitation process of patients.
