摘要 目的优选小儿解感颗粒制备药材中黄芩苷的提取工艺。方法采用正交试验法考察加水量、提取时间、提取次数3个因素,HPLC法测定黄芩苷的含量,以黄芩苷得率为指标,确定黄芩苷的最佳提取工艺。结果提取次数对黄芩苷的提取效率影响显著。最佳提取工艺为加水6倍量提取2次,第1次3 h,第2次2 h。结论该方法操作简便、有效,为小儿解感颗粒中黄芩苷的提取方法提供参考依据. Objective To optimize the extraction process of Baicalin in the herbs of Xiaoerjiegan granules.Methods Orthogonal test method was used to study the effect of the amount of extraction solvent,the time and frequencyof extraction. The content of baicalin was determined by HPLC. The optimum extraction of Baicalin was determined by choosing the yield of baicalin as the index. Results The extraction frequency had the most significant effect on the efficiency of extraction. The optimum conditions were as follows: 6 times as much water was added,extracted twice,and for extracted 3 h and 2 h respectively. Conclusion This method is simple and effective,which provide reference for the extraction of Baicalin in Xiaoerjiegan granules.
