摘要
目的建立医院制剂复方锌硼散中枯矾的含量测定方法。方法用滴定法进行测定。结果复方锌硼散中枯矾的方法平均回收率为101.00%,RSD为0.70%。结论滴定终点灵敏,易于观察,能准确的测定枯矾的含量。
Objective To establish a method for the content determination of dried alum in compound zinc boron powder. Methods The titrimetric method was adopted during the determination. Results The average recovery of dried alum in compound zinc boron powder was 101. 00%（ RSD = 0. 70%）. Conclusion The titrating termination is sensitive and easy to observe. This method is accurate for such determination.
