有关北方宜居村镇评价指标体系的构建

The construction of evaluation index system of northern livable town

以黑龙江省绥化市上集镇为例,从村镇的基本生活环境、基础设施建设、经济发展程度等方面,分析了北方典型村镇目前的生活条件,结合专家做出的评分及调研所得数据,构建北方宜居村镇指标评价体系,并利用层次分析法获得评价体系的指标权重,得出指数的大小,提出了该村镇宜居环境建设可实行的方案。

Taking the Shangji town in Suihua Heilongjiang for example,from the basic living environment,infrastructure construction,economic development level of towns and villages and other aspects,analyzed the current living conditions of northern typical villages and towns,combining with the experts grading and survey obtained data,construction of index evaluation system of northern livable town,and used the analytic hierarchy process gained the index weight of evaluation system,gained the size of the index,put forward the practicable scheme of rural livable environment construction.
