摘要
介绍了BIM技术的功能,从建筑环境、能源利用、材料利用、室内环境等方面,阐述了BIM技术在绿色建筑设计中的应用,指出BIM技术具有可视性、模拟性、可优化性、协调性等优点,在建筑设计领域得到了广泛应用。
The paper introduces the functions of BIM technique,illustrates the application of BIM in green building design from the architectural environment,energy utilities,material application,and indoor environment,and points out the BIM is featured with the visibility,simulation,optimization,and coordination,so it can be adopted in architectural design.
