Combining with the wide range,long construction period,high technical requirements and other characteristics of mechanical and electrical installation engineering,this paper analyzed the existing problems in mechanical and electrical installation project management,from the contract,schedule,quality,cost,safety and other aspects,put forward the measures to improve the mechanical and electrical installation engineering project management,aimed to improve the project management level of mechanical and electrical installation.
