进水液动蝶阀在恰甫其海水电站的应用分析

Analysis on applying water inlet hydraulic butterfly valve in Qiafuqihai Hydropower Station

本文介绍了恰甫海水电站目前使用的水轮机进水双密封液动蝶阀的性能特点、工作原理及一般故障处理方法,并对其进行静水启闭实验。结果表明该液动蝶阀在水电站进水系统中技术优越,值得推广借鉴。

In the paper,the performance features,working principle and general fault handling methods of water turbine inlet hydraulic butterfly valve used in Qiafuqihai Hydropower Station currently are introduced. Hydrostatic open / close test is implemented. The results show that the hydraulic butterfly valve has advanced technology in hydropower station water inlet system,which is worth promoting.
