摘要
为实现煤矿放顶煤安全生产,研发了放顶煤液压支架支护质量综合监测保障系统,通过对液压支架姿态、支护状态和受力状态的实时监测、预警,可实现智能化调整。根据现场试验得到大量数据,对数据进行处理分析,针对3种不同的测量元件布置方案进行比对、论证,证明顶梁-前连杆-底座布置方案较好,它有利于提高系统测量精度和运行平稳性。这种基于电液控制系统与质量综合监测保障系统的集成,可实现放顶煤液压支架的自适应控制。
The research issue caving hydraulic support supporting quality comprehensive monitoring and security system, by means of hydraulic support posture, supporting state and stress state of real-time monitoring, early warning to realize intelligent adjustment. According to field test to get a large amount of data the analysis processing, according to three different kinds of measuring element layout scheme compare, reasoning, the connecting rod before top-beam-base layout plan is better than the other two, it is helpful to improve the system measurement accuracy and running stability. Based on the electronic-hydraulic control system and quality comprehensive monitoring and security systems integration, realize the caving hydraulic support of adaptive control.
