矿用连接器护套管自动下料控制系统设计

摘要 针对矿用连接器生产环节中护套管人工下料时存在的问题,设计了一种基于PLC的矿用连接器护套管自动下料控制系统,给出了硬件设计和软件设计流程。该控制系统具有智能控制、运行参数设置、信息显示、故障诊断报警等功能,采用多旋转编码器,配合软件算法,解决了护套管长度自动测量不精确等诸多问题。该系统投入实际使用后,取得了良好的效果,不仅提高了生产效率,而且减少了劳动强度和维护量,满足了生产过程的多种需求。 Aiming at the problems existed in the artificial feeding of the casing in the production link of the mining connector, the design of automatic feeding control system for mine connector based on PLC is put forward, and the hardware design and software design flow are given. The control system has many functions, such as intelligent control, operation parameter setting, information display, fault diagnosis and alarm, etc. , with the software algorithm, and solve the problem of automatic measurement of length of the casing. After the system has been put into practice, it has achieved good results, not only improve the production efficiency, but also reduce the labor intensity and maintenance, meet the various needs of the production process.
